Membership Policy
Effective Date: 8/1/2026
This Membership Policy applies to all membership tiers offered by The Golf Loft, LLC. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms below.
MEMBERSHIP TIERS
The Golf Loft currently offers the following membership types:
• Practice
• Coaching
Full pricing and tier-specific benefits are listed separately in the current rate sheet, which may be updated from time to time.
BILLING
• Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.
• Membership privileges (including reservations, coaching, and facility access) will not be permitted until all fees are paid in full. Accounts with a past-due balance may be paused until payment is received.
• Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month as your original sign-up date. If a given month does not contain that calendar day (for example, a sign-up date of the 29th, 30th, or 31st in a shorter month such as February), billing will occur on the last day of that month instead.
• The Golf Loft reserves the right to change membership pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued membership after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
COMMITMENT TERM & CANCELLATION
• All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of enrollment.
• After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
• Memberships may not be sold or transferred to another individual, household, or business.
FREEZES & HOLDS
Members may pause billing for medical reasons, travel, or seasonal absence. Request to pause membership must be submitted at least 2 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
UNUSED BENEFITS
• Unused hours, credits, or other membership benefits do not carry over from one billing period to the next.
RESERVATIONS
• Simulator reservations are required for all members and are subject to availability.
• Membership does not guarantee a specific bay, time slot, or same-day availability.
• All reservation policies outlined in The Golf Loft's Reservation Policies & Facility Rules apply to members.
GENERAL
• All other facility policies, rules, and regulations apply to members, including The Golf Loft's Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release.
• The Golf Loft reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for violation of posted policies or unsafe conduct, without refund of prepaid fees.
• The Golf Loft reserves the right to update this Membership Policy from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes.
Reservation Policy
Effective Date: 8/1/2026
To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests are expected to follow these policies while visiting The Golf Loft.
RESERVATIONS
• Reservations begin and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive a few minutes early to maximize your playing time.
• Players are responsible for completing their round within their reserved session to avoid impacting the next reservation.
• Guests arriving late will still be required to end their session at the originally scheduled time; session time is not extended for late arrivals.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Members: cancellations, rescheduling, and missed sessions apply toward your monthly membership benefits
• The Golf Loft reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any reservation without refund for violations of these policies or unsafe behavior.
FACILITY RULES
• A maximum of four (4) players are permitted per simulator bay.
• Only one player may occupy the hitting area at any time.
• All golf shots must be played from the designated hitting mat.
• Players must always verify the swing area is clear before taking a swing.
• Running, horseplay, or reckless conduct is prohibited.
• Only clean golf clubs and clean golf shoes are permitted. Metal spikes are prohibited.
• Please help us protect our equipment by avoiding unnecessary contact with simulator screens, projectors, launch monitors, computers, or other facility equipment.
• Keep golf bags, clubs, and personal belongings clear of walkways and other players' hitting areas to avoid trip hazards.
• Food and beverages must be kept away from simulator equipment.
• Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the facility.
• Pets are not permitted in the facility, with the exception of trained service animals.
• Anyone appearing intoxicated or engaging in unsafe behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
• Please report any equipment malfunction, damage, or injuries to The Golf Loft staff as soon as possible.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while in the facility.
EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from intentional misuse, reckless behavior, or failure to follow posted safety rules. Damage resulting from normal golf play and proper use of the simulator equipment is not the responsibility of guests. Where a guest is responsible for damage under this policy, The Golf Loft will provide an estimate of repair or replacement cost, and the guest agrees to reimburse The Golf Loft for that cost.
SAFETY
Golf simulators involve inherent risks. Every participant is responsible for exercising caution and maintaining awareness of those around them.
For everyone's safety:
• Always confirm the hitting area is clear before swinging.
• Never stand within another player's swing radius.
• Be aware of ricocheting golf balls after impact.
• Immediately report any injury or unsafe condition to The Golf Loft staff.
SECURITY
The Golf Loft utilizes video surveillance throughout the facility for the safety and security of our guests and protection of company property.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Participation in golf simulator activities at The Golf Loft, LLC involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.
These risks include, but are not limited to:
• Being struck by a golf club or golf ball
• Golf ball ricochets
• Slips, trips, or falls
• Contact with simulator equipment or facility fixtures
• Injuries resulting from the actions of other participants
• Other known and unknown risks associated with recreational golf activities
By participating in activities at The Golf Loft, LLC, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Golf Loft, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to claims arising from personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss.
This release specifically includes claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted under Washington law. This release does not apply to gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct by the Released Parties.
I further agree that The Golf Loft, LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought onto the premises.
I understand that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Washington and shall remain binding upon me, my heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns.
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of that minor, and I agree to this Release on the minor's behalf, assuming all risks and releasing all claims as described above with respect to the minor's participation.
I acknowledge that I have had adequate opportunity to read this document, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Claims.
